International Aviation Marketing Ltd. is a company dedicated to the facilitation of aircraft leasing and sales with its primary focus being offshore oil and gas helicopter assets. The company also provides support to other rotary-wing markets and fixed wing aircraft. The company’s vision is to connect helicopter operators located throughout the world and work with those companies to ensure that they best utilize or dispose of their assets through either leasing (dry or wet) or selling their aircraft. Services include negotiation of prices, development of contract terms and conditions, organization of customer visits or inspections, organization of asset shipments, management of the Escrow process as well as providing support to ensure the effective management of any maintenance or modification procedures. The Director of the Company, Brad Shaen, was most recently employed by Heli-One, which is the Asset Management and Maintenance Division of CHC Helicopter Corporation. As the Director of Sales, Brad worked with helicopter operators worldwide supporting Heli-One's helicopter sales and leasing and maintenance and modification services. Brad’s employment background also includes the Triumph Group and Standard Aero Limited where he worked in all aviation sectors.
