The HondaJet Elite is a unique VLJ that was designed to enable new entrants into the jet market and serve the owner pilot market with a low cost, efficient and capable performer. The HondaJet Elite refines its aerodynamic breakthroughs including the over wing mounted engines and its composite natural laminar flow fuselage.
The HondaJet Elite is the 2nd generation that includes a new Garmin G3000 flight deck, improved performance, upgraded interior and a redesign engine nacelle that significantly reduces cabin noise. The Elite introduces an optional belted aft lavatory over the standard non-belted lavatory taking the total seating from the standard 4 passengers up to an optional 6 (in Europe).
“The HondaJet Elite increases both its range and payload by 17%+”
Range is increased by 214 nm to 1,495 nm thanks largely to an auxiliary fuel tank and in part to aerodynamic improvements. Payload increases by 200+ lbs due to weight reductions and increased gross weight modifications.
The HondaJet Elite has a typical configuration including 2 crew and 4 passenger seats with a forward refreshment center and aft non-belted lavatory. In addition to the optional aft belted lavatory, the forward refreshment center can be replaced by a single side facing seat opposite the entry.
The flight deck in the HondaJet Elite is equipped with the Garmin G3000 including stability protection with roll and Angle of Attack functionality.
The HondaJet Elite is powered by GE Honda HF120-H1A engines generating 2,050 lbs thrust each, delivering a high-speed cruise of 419 ktas and a max 4 pax range of 1,171 nm including 2 crew.
