1. How to register on air.one for free?

To register for a new free account, visit the air.one registration page.

You may use any existing email address to register. The email you choose to register your personal account with has to be different from the one you choose to create a dealer account. We suggest to use your personal email for your personal account and general company email for a dealer profile.

            1.         Provide your username*

            2.         Provide an email address*

            3.         Select a strong password (8 characters minimum, includes at least one upper or lowercase character, and no whitespace)*

            4.         Confirm your password*

            5.         Enter your First and Second name if you wish to share your name with us

            6.         After reviewing the Privacy policy and Legal Terms & Conditions, select the checkbox before submitting the form*

After you register air.one free personal account you can add your photo and social networks information, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram or your web site URL. This will help to build trust with other members of the community and promote your account. Adding your phone number will help other members or your potential buyers to contact you directly. Only registered and confirmed users will see this data.

2. How much will it cost to post new listings on air.one?

You can post new listings for free on air.one marketplace as we are offering free trial for all new dealers that will be registered on our platform. Please proceed to your Profile to register your company or register as a private dealer. You will be able to start your free trial automatically as soon as you register as a dealer and will be approved by our moderation team. 

3. Ho much will it cost to publish new requests on air.one?

All new requests are free in the request lounge, you just need to register as a regular user to post new requests.

4. What is a dealer account? 

A registered dealer account is a premium account that enables you to access professional tools on air.one.

•   Up to 10 free aircraft listings during the trial period of one month

•   Instant encrypted messaging with other members of the community or your company

•   Full access to Requests Lounge and exclusive offers from air.one

•   Access to Off-market and Wanted listing

•   Corporate dealer’s professional page that will work for you to promote the business

After the trial period, you will be able to subscribe as a member dealer to post unlimited number of listings and preserve all other benefits.

5. How do I register as a dealer on air.one?

To register as a dealer, sign up or sign in first and make sure you confirmed your email address. Click Menu button and select your nickname (My profile). After that you will see Register as a dealer button.

            1.         Choose dealer profile type*. If you register as a private seller you won’t be able to use corporate dealer’s professional page and other corporate dealer’s exclusive features, such as admin access, inviting other members to join your subscription or promoting your company.

            2.         If you have existing company - proceed with the corporate profile type. Provide existing and registered company/dealership name*, company email* (cannot be the same as the email you used for the personal account registration), phone* and  your official website*.

            3.         Upload your logo and add your company description

            4.         Add other Social Information such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube or Instagram

You will have to confirm your account by going to your company email and following instructions we will send you after the moderation - may take up to 6 hours.

6. My company is already registered on air.one, how do I join it?

If your company is already registered as a Corporate dealer you don’t have to register as a dealer ever again - please contact your registered admin to add you as a member or contact support@air.one.

7. How can I manage my company and add new members?

Corporate dealer admin can manage the members in My colleagues section of the Corporate dealer page.
